Hop on over for the PHECA annual SPRING PARTY, presented by Mosquito Nix on Sunday May 7th. Join PHECA families with an afternoon of fun including DJ Burn, face painting, balloon artists, treats and pony rides!
$40 per Member/non-member Family- This includes treats for all family members as well as participation in all party events for immediate family members. Each Member family member will be given a wrist band.
