Please join us for our October General Member Meeting sponsored by Park Cities Pediatrics, as we welcome Amy Egan, a Life and Parenting Coach, for our speaker series: Love and Logic. For this meeting, members will have a chance to take an online Enneagram test prior to the meeting and then learn from Amy how those results can positively impact your parenting style. Amy will discuss how knowing your Enneagram personality type and the basics of Love and Logic can give you the tools to help with your parenting journey.
Love and Logic shows parents how to raise self-confident, motivated children who are ready for the real world by equipping parents with process that includes sharing control and decision-making, using empathy with consequences, and enhancing the self-concept of children.
Upon registering for the meeting, you will receive the link for the ZOOM meeting and the link for the online Enneagram test. For the best experience during the meeting, take the test prior to the meeting so you can directly apply what Amy talks about to your own experience. Amy also recommends the following Enneagram books (but are not required to be read for the meeting): The Enneagram Made Easy by Renee Baron & Elizabeth Wagele and The Enneagram of Parenting by Elizabeth Wagele. Amy Egan is a Life and Parenting Coach. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she earned a degree from the Teachers College. She has been trained by the authors of the Love and Logic Parenting Program and certified by Coach Training Alliance. Amy is the co-founder of Inner Evolution Life Coaching Group for Women. Amy's greatest passions are helping parents find joy in parenting and assisting women on their journey to inner peace. She coaches one-to-one, speaks publicly, and hosts groups regularly.
