Spread the love at PHECA’s Valentine’s Party Join us for some frosted fun at the Preston Royal Central Market, Friday, February 8th. We will decorate cupcakes and have some Valentines fun! We have set up two sessions to accommodate our growing group. Please register for either the morning or afternoon session.
The party will be located upstairs in the Community Room. Each session is capped at 25 people due to room size. If you register and are unable to attend, please email phecamoms@gmail.com to let us know. Afternoon Session: 3:30-5:00 pm
