Due to weather we have had to POSTPONE the annual Easter Party.

Join us for the PHECA Spring Party Wednesday, April 4th at 4p-5:30p

There will be bounce houses, train rides through the park, a juggler, balloon artists, face painting, crafts, and an ice cream and snow cone truck!! There will also be a special appearance by Poppy from Trolls!!

This event is free for members, $10 fee for non-members.

Sorry for any confusion...Can't wait to see you all there!!
