PHECA's November general meeting will deal with an important topic: Safety and vigilance during the Holiday season. During this meeting, Officer Joe Lopez, a Dallas Police Officer and member of an Elite Task Force, will share information on how to keep ourselves and our families' safe during the holiday season. He will share strategies, tactics, and tips on being more aware of our surroundings while out in public and remaining safe while at home.
